Bio

I am a PhD in Foods and Nutrition with over 19 years of experience in the field of clinical and pediatric nutrition. I was trained at AIIMS, New Delhi for pediatric nutrition. I have attended various conferences, national and international webinars and have presented several research papers in the same. I believe nutrition is the basis of our over all well being and the importance of nutrition during the early years of life cannot be over-emphasized. Good nutrition during the growing years forms the basis of a healthy adulthood.
